The Colonial Secretary to move

That this Council approves the payment

from the funds of the Colony of a sum of $2,000,000

to the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty in

return for the surrender to the Hong Kong

Government of the Naval Arsenal Yard and Kellet

Island, payment of the said sum being regulated as

follows:-

In 1931 $500,000 of which $236,259 is

chargeable to Praya East

Reclamation Funds.

In 1932 $1,000,000.

In 1933 $500,000.
